"DR.MESKIN!!! I don’t even know where to begin but will go right to it … she saved my daughter Peyton ! My daughter had learning STRUGGLES with adhd! I would cry day and night and just wish some one would listen and not judge, be patient with us and HELP HER!!! I was terrified of medicine, I was terrified of doctors! I have never had a doctor that actually listens, understand no matter the circumstances and HELPS!!! she is so patient with us, probably too patient and doesn’t push anything on me, doesn’t make me feel lousy for any choices I make as a parent, makes me feel so comfortable in her office… and always and I mean always sincerely wants to know how the medicine works for my girl and she quickly found the right help for my girl. She also made me feel okay with the fact that it might not be fast, it may vary and it may get better, worse and she’ll be there to fix or change or help any way needed and I feel it. Seeing the smile on her face when I tell her how well my girl is doing shoes she cares and that’s what we needed. We have been going here for the passed two years, give or take and I won’t take my kids anywhere else … meskin reminds me of an old school doctor, a breath of fresh air and a life saver, literally… and let me just say the staff and nurses are just as wonderful… they are the seeetest and most respectful, professional but laid back as needed and don’t make you feel rushed ever !!! They have you in and out pronto but again don’t make you feel rushed out, all the time needed has always been given. They always make sure to give all my kids a sticker even if it’s just an appointment for one of them. Unfortunately our office in Milford just closed but I will be doing the virtuals and traveling to Sparta to stay with this team ! Thank you all, seriously thank you !!! Don’t hesitate to choose here and specifically MESKIN !!!"

"Joanne in the office is amazing and so helpful and kind. I just hope it’s her answering the phone or in the office when I go because some of the office staff is very rude and have a bad attitude. They need to hire more friendly people like Joanne! I only continue to deal with it because Dr. Capozzoli and Dr. Novaes are both so amazing with my children. I highly recommend the doctors they are so great!"

"I can only give the office a 3/5. My children are all patients there and while the doctors are wonderful, most of the office staff is awful! Every time I call there to book an appointment for my kids or have a question about something, I am faced with nothing but attitude the entire time. It’s a very unpleasant experience. Also walking into the office and dealing with receptionist who have nothing but attitude when they greet you is very frustrating! If I didn’t like all the doctors as much I’d probably take my kids somewhere else. But honestly if they don’t like working around people they should pick a different profession."

"My children have been seeing doctors in this practice for over 2 years. Usually no problems with service, just a few things like phone system they use and making patients call to get let in. As a single parent with two children (one child diagnosed with special needs), this place could not accommodate for wellness exams for both of my children. Granted we were late due to distance from office and a mental episode from my special needs child. However, we have not had this problem with this office until now. They even pushed us out for reschedule to over a month out and wouldn’t work with me to find a sooner date that worked with my full time job schedule. Disappointed and looking elsewhere for reliable care that truly understands and does not penalize for things out of control like a young child’s mental episode or breakdown."
