"I have never had a positive experience in this store, but this last one was the straw, I guess. I went to cash a few lottery tickets (minimal money) and play a few tickets. The automated machine there is scarcely working. In addition, it is usually poorly stocked. Today, it didn’t want to read any tickets. Of course. The older man at the counter just stood looking at me when I explained and tried to cash tickets. He rudely pointed to a handwritten sign taped to the lottery machine that said “no cash for lottery” or something to that effect. Really? None? Not even five dollars? I just don’t know how you call yourself Beer Lottery Store, yet you offer no lottery services. That should be on the outside of your door, then. What a waste of time. At least be nicer to customers."
