"This store has a nice staff that will try to help you the best they can. This is a small store that has your most basic wine & spirits. It is state owned as are all Pennsylvania FWGSs. This is your basic FWGS, that carries your most common found products. If you are looking for niche wines & spirits, this is not your store. If looking for niche products, then go to The Premium FWGS stores in Cranberry or Sewickley. The store in Baden is a great choice when you need your basic stuff. It is basically a convenience store for booze. It stocks most of your common iconic brands for the most common wine & spirits categories. Their hours are 11:00AM - 7:00PM Monday through Saturday, closed Sundays. Give them a try, they will be glad to help you."

"The missing stars are because 1 This store has odd weeknight closing hours. I believe some week nights it closes at 7 and other nights at 8 or 9. And 2 it is small and not so pleasing to be in say compared to Cranberry, Center Twp. or Sewickley. But the employees are occasionally nice and helpful and I'm thankful it has not closed."

"Was a good experience. The employee working gave a good suggestion on a nice wine. The store was clean and well stocked. It was however a very small store and it was in a really worn down plaza. All in all a good experience."

"I'm so annoyed that I can't exchange something I don't want for something I do want because I don't have a receipt. Where else could the person who bought it have gotten it? You have a monopoly that results in higher prices and less selection than the other states. The very least you could have given us is something resembling service. FYI this used to not be a problem but the policy changed this summer to give us all the shaft. I can't wait until the monopoly ends and we can be trusted to go to the store like everyone else. Until then it just may be worth it to cross the border so I can be treated like a valued customer again."
