"Since Wellspan has taken over this practice it is nearly impossible to get an appointment!! For a sick visit they offer you an appointment 2-3 days later or tell you to go to urgent care where you sit and wait hours to be seen. Well visits need to be scheduled at least 3-4 months in advance to get scheduled. I personally find this ridiculous for a practice that specializes in children and supposedly wants the best care for them."

"The manager there was so rude my daughter had a 104.00 temperature. She was dehydrated & lethargic, very little energy,I told them she has pnamonia.I begged them to help her and the manager there told me to sit in my car! I said no she's two she got very nasty with me and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave! I showed up an hour and a half early to get her quicker help and see what was going on. I'd NEVER take her back to that place where the heartless manager works!!"

"Awful. I went there as a child and have used them for my daughter before they were wellspan we had zero issues. Always was able to be seen for a sick appt same day if not the next now EVERYTIME I call I’m told to go to urgent care. It’s awful to need to sit in uc for a sinus infection. Thankfully we found a new doctor to use but it’s truly a shame a family doctor is unable to see a sick patient."

"Been a patient there for over 16 years. The environment is wonderful, the sick and well area. The providers and staff there are nice. Seemed like a tight-knit since I haven’t seen any major changes in staff or providers. I’m very familiar with the medical assistants. They’re very nice and comforting. A great mix of doctors and nurse practitioners. Kudos to Christiana Femano for getting me through hard times. She will be missed by her patients and colleagues. I’ve seen a few providers and all seem nice. Sick patients should be able to be seen quickly. There are evening and weekend visits. Recommend!"

"**This used to be Pediatric Care of York, and I've previously left a review for them under that name as well with 5 stars for the same reasons** This group of physicians is fantastic so far based upon my past experiences of hauling sick children to the doctor's office. They have a well-child area separate from the sick-child area, reducing the risk of spreading illnesses. They have appointments throughout the day and into the evening. They have a clean bathroom and the waiting room is clean overall. The doctors we've seen over the past several years have been knowledgeable and compassionate, and go out of their way to make our kids comfortable. The front desk staff has always been friendly and they're fun to joke around with. I can't think of anything that needs improvement at this time, but I'll update if I do. They earned every star."
