"I am disappointed at your canned reply , on my second trip the only thing different was that everyone just wanted to leave . When I said I’ll take these I was unceremoniously told. We’re closed so me and my entire family were escorted out the door . I was so infuriated I have never seen such insensitivity in my entire retail career of 40 years . For a company to turn down a 900 Dollar sale because it was one minute after closing , I only wish the owner was there to see. How His patients for many years were being treated"

"I went to the office in Urbana . The man who waited on me was impatient and rude . He was the manager , so he said. I asked him the price on a pair of glasses with a 250 frame and that I was a bit short on time and I just wanted a price and would return shortly to purchase .He said he couldn't give me a price! I told him I was a regular customer and had my eyes checked here since they opened . So then he told me over 900 dollars . They do play games with the prices Never giving the regular price at first . So after he looked up my account he said maybe I could get a 20 percent discount! This manager , who could Never get a job at my store , ( I've been in retail over 40 years ) had an attitude big as day and did NOT care if you saw it or not!"

"I have just returned from picking up my new glasses at the Clarksburg location due to the Frederick location not having a carrier. I have been waiting for 2 weeks and was told on Monday that the glasses were ready and would be at the Frederick Monacacy Shops location on Tuesday evening so I waited for a call, but no call. So I called Wednesday around 12 noon and spoke to the Frederick location where the employee told me the glasses were ready but they have no carrier (is UPS and Fedex not accepting customers??) so she would get them tomorrow. I do not know who the manager of this location is but he/she needs to do a better job getting customers glasses to their location. Ridiculous to say you do not have a carrier when you could arrange transportation with any of the carriers we have in the MD area. But instead I had to waste my time and gas to drive to Clarksburg when I was told my glasses would arrive in Frederick in 1 1/2 weeks. To make matters worse I had to then go to the Frederick location because Clarksburg did not have DKNY cases for my glasses. When I arrived at the Frederick location the lady I spoke to who know the situation did not even apologize. I will say that the employee in Clarksburg apologized for me having to drive an hour roundtrip to pick up the glasses. Bottom line is I won't deal with this company again and their customer service at the Frederick location is unacceptable."

"I scheduled an appointment as a new client. Upon arriving, I was shown the best, genuine hospitality. All the staff were very friendly and inviting. Anyone who provided information to me relayed it perfectly with no room for confusion. They were also very prompt for my appointment and taking care of me. Would highly recommend."
