"My 4 year old wanted to get her ears pierced today and was a little nervous but excited. She picked out her earrings, I signed everything, and we even got to the point where her ears were marked! Well, my daughter got nervous and said the pen felt weird on her ears- the woman who was going to be piercing her ears responded by saying- “that’s not even the part that hurts”, Which then made my daughter get upset and change her mind. Why would you say something like that to a little kid ?! On top of that- I had to pay $50 for the earrings as they were already opened. We won’t be back."
"If I could rate it zero stars, I would. There was a very good deal ( At least I thought it was ) it was buy 3, get 3 free. So we picked out three things, and then our cashier said, “So now you can pick 3 things under $5.99.” And I said, “Ok.” So we looked around the store thinking that lots of things would be $5.99. Almost NOTHING in that store was either $5.99 or below. So we finally found 3 things that were $5.99 after 30 minutes of browsing the whole entire store. Plus, PLUS our cashier was very VERY rude. She did not even try to help us once. I will never come back to this store ever again. The jewelry was cheap and dirty and some were broken and the prices are outrageous. I will never come back here EVER again. And this is coming from a kid."
"Claire's was excellent. Here I am a 70 old going in to get both ears pierced. They didn't even make me feel uncomfortable at all. This is a place I will return to."
