"Very irresponsible company, My driver appointment was at 4:00 my driver arrived at the shopper at 3:00 , It was 6:30pm and still not loaded , Not giving my driver answers , they had him wait hours and has the nerves to say there are five more drivers ahead of you before we load you, are you kidding me? They don’t care about your waiting time , Not to mention they only have ONE person loading the trucks! They obviously don’t care about this business and people specially with this cold weather! Should consider more , My driver had to leave the site , and what’s worse he was not paid for waiting time! I hope my company will never have to work along with this company in the future . Please future reference consider people a little more so your company can be successful"

"I have to give at least one star I wouldn’t even give it that. I didn’t believe the bad reviews I was skeptical on them it sure made a believer out of me I sat at the gate for 21 minutes waiting for the guard at the gate to check me in and allow me through. At first, I thought she was having a conversation on the phone with headphones in, but it turned out. She was having a conversation with herself. My appointment was at midnight 6 1/2 hours later. They put me in a door for two pallets. I was the first truck through the door then had to go around to the juice side for 16 still waiting. I don’t recommend this place I say avoid because there is no way all make my delivery on time because of this place"

"Br sure if you come here for pickup , you will wait a long time arrive here yesterday on 8pm, and they give me door just at 7am , already 9 am and I still waiting The toilet is outside. There is no place to wash your hands, no sink If you keep drivers for such a long time,please make conditions for them This company doesn't care about truck drivers, and there time You stay on chec in window and nobody don't care, until they will not finish there important talking"

"I wouldn't disregard the negative reviews but I had a good experience. Came for juice, arrived 1600 for a 2000 appt and got a dock within 20-30mins. Loaded in a little over an hour. It's now 1800 and I'm loaded with paperwork. Overnight parking in the far southwest trailer lot. Lots of signs and warnings: do not clean trailers on property. Trailers coming in to be loaded must be clean before arrival. Pets are supposed to stay in the truck but I noted a dog walk area right outside the shipping office. No restrooms, just porta's."
