"I went to George with a custom engagement ring request based on a friend’s praise for his custom work. I felt that he was honest about his diamond suggestion from a few sourced options and the price was fair. He created a prototype of the ring for me to see before agreeing to the work and we were off. Even after the fantastic first design was done, he and his staff were very patient with me on my requests for subtle changes.
