"9/23/17 The stew meat which Heebner's cut for me at the farmer's market in Wayne was of a quality I had never seen/tasted. Yes, I paid more per pound than I normally do, but it had zero gristle, it was tender and so delicious. Absolutely worth the price. I've been making this same recipe for years, but going forward I will make it only with stew meat from Heebner. It was SO much better than Whole Foods, or any of the other supermarkets."
