"We’ve been taking our cars to Capitol Auto Care for years and we’ve been very happy! Wais is honest, he only does what is necessary, he does not try to find anything wrong with your car, he does not charge exorbitant fees, he does the job and does it well! We are sad and very disappointed that the shop is now under new management, now there is an hourly rate of $105 and a diagnostic fee of $15, so expect to pay big money when you take your car. I was going to take my car for oil change and other things, someone met me and said to go in the office and his boss is going to talk to me. I waited for 10 minutes, when finally someone “boss” walked in the office, he just ignored me and kept talking to another guy in their language for about 10-15 minutes. I wouldn’t have minded that but at least he could have said he’s finishing with another customer and will be with me, but nothing - totally rude!!! We will be looking for a new mechanic for sure!"
