"I'm only giving this a 2 star because our waitress was great. We ordered many dishes and appetizers. The food was honestly just terrible. My son who loves cheese burgers, said his wasn't great and I feel bad I made him take as many bites as he could. I check it before we leave and it is extremely RARE. We asked for medium well. My chicken breasts were so over cooked they were hard. Please don't ever order the "Elote street corn," it was a disgrace. We all ate most all our food because we had traveled really far and were really hungry and just fed up. But man it was just terrible. The strawberry tea was so bad it tasted rotten."

"I want this opinion to be divided into two parts: the first: I liked the attention of the employees, very friendly and respectful, they deserve a good rating and it is clear that without them nothing would be possible in these places. The second part and the explanation why I left a bad rating is towards the restaurant and above all to those responsible who should be aware of the hygiene of the place, the owners specifically. many factors, the mall itself is very dirty and disgusting but in the restaurants they should be more careful. Pity the county health institutions that supposedly act for the benefit of the general public. They are pure farce. I hope you understand that the health of consumers, especially that of children, is more important than the disgusting money earned by the owners and those responsible for the county's health. I say all this because when we were eating there on my feet there was a mouse looking for waste. I don't want to imagine how many more there are. A photo of that won't go up even if I take it."

"I recently stopped by TGI Friday for drinks, and it was a fantastic choice! The bar had a great selection of beverages, and the atmosphere was lively and inviting. The staff was friendly, making it a perfect spot for a fun night out with friends.."

"This location is in the food court at the mall on floor 3. Overall the food is average compared to other TGI Fridays. However the service and the atmosphere really where poor. They offer indoor seating and also seating in the food court area behind a fence. The outside seating is extremely loud, between the train they use for the kids and the tons of people you can barely hear yourself think. I was disappointed they sat us outside when there was tons of open tables. I made reservations and when we arrived the team member who greeted us seemed annoyed that I bothered her. Our waiter was nice but never wrote anything down and couldn't remember half the things we ordered. The service was also very slow and things really dragged out. Just overall a rough experience. If your looking for something quick and friendly this is not the best place for that."
