"Dr. Bakker and staff are excellent. The doctor spends a lot of time, visits never seem rushed, he listens and follow-up is quick and accurate. He seems to genuinely care. Face-to-face visits are very comprehensive in my opinion. (Covid induced) virtual visits by their nature can't be as comprehensive but the Dr. still spends a lot of time going over issues, test results and answering questions. His staff responds quickly to questions and concerns via the portal. When additional info is needed, I can call and reach someone or leave a message that is returned quickly. Very pleased with that. The Privia portal works well but doesn't support my Safari browser. You will need Google Chrome if you use a Mac to see messages and do virtual visits. That is a Privia issue and not one the Dr.'s office can fix. It is difficult to get an appointment; it usually takes a 3-4 month lead time. That is the only negative I could think of. Overall, I would highly recommend this practice."
