"I heard of Aaron’s services through many people in the community. A friend of mine who owns a gym and volunteers at a fire department highly recommended him. I broke my hand and after being in a cast for 4 weeks I had little to no range of motion. Aaron expertly diagnosed areas to focus on and developed a personalized plan for my recovery. "Prime Sports Med Rx is definitely one of the best PT clinics you'll find in the DMV. I first saw Aaron over 2 years ago for physical therapy for back/hip pain. I then saw him about a year later to help me return to full activity after ligament reconstruction surgery on my ankle. I've moved around the US a lot over the past few years and have worked with at least 4 other PTs, but Aaron is far and away the best PT I've seen. He's always professional and pleasant to work with, but what really sets him apart is his ability to see the whole picture rather than focusing only on one issue at a time; his technical expertise is nothing short of exceptional. Finding Prime Sports Med Rx has saved me time and money because Aaron is efficient at identifying issues and appropriate solutions and doesn't keep me coming back for unnecessary appointments. I now see Aaron regularly for personal training and he has been a huge factor in keeping me motivated, pain-free and (safely!) active throughout my current pregnancy.
