"Highly recommend Dr. Kletz! Very calm demeanor and very nice. He recommended allergy shots since I’m allergic to almost everything and had asthma for over 20 years. I say, “had” because after a couple years of allergy shots, I don’t have to take inhalers anymore, and my asthma is completely gone. It is an absolute miracle. It has changed my life and just want to thank Dr. Kletz and his friendly staff! Finally took some photos today (8/3/23). There is wheel chair access, handicap parking, I added arrows from the parking to the building. This is building 1420 Spring Hill Road, McLean, VA. I didn’t see any automatic door openers."

"I have been going to Dr. Kletz for 19 years, but this last visit will cause me to find another allergist. There has been a lot of staff turnover and constant issues with being able to explain billing. I had an unexpected balance that I questioned at my last visit and was treated at the front desk like someone complaining about cold fries at McDonalds. I asked to see the office Mgr and gave up after waiting for almost 10 minutes. The doctor has also added extra "check in" visits over the last few years that don't seem to be covered by insurance and only last about 10 min. The medical care has been great over time, but it is not worth the extra issues."
