"Horrible customer service. I was told that I would be changed $250.00 for a visit that I canceled three times. Twice by text and once by phone call by pressing 2, with a 5 day notice. The office will not give out the office manager's e-mail address nor let you speak with the doctor to discuss. I will not be returning to this office again."

"I had the worse experience! I waited over a month for my appointment. The day comes prior to my appointment no confirmation or call. I had to call to confirm, request paperwork etc. The site says Rockville but it’s Potomac. I call again and explained I would be late I was told they checked with the Doctor and I should still come. Only to get there to be told that I couldn’t be seen after driving 1.5 hours to get there. The first reason was because I didn’t complete paperwork but that would then be confirmed otherwise. When I walked in I wasn’t even greeted, I was greeted with a group of three people as if I did something incorrect. Are all patients treated this way? I was then told the doctor wouldn’t see me! A new doctor? Who just started at the practice turning patients away who hasn’t slept in days! The office manager acted sympathetic, I was told I would receive a call the next day for a virtual appointment. As of today still nothing, 4 business days later! To make matters worse no patient care line to express my concerns. The lack of professionalism and policy and procedures leaves me in awe. The fact of how I was treated, I’m unsure if this is normal practice or how some are treated."

"Dr. Yusuf was able to see me before the holiday break, and I’m grateful she squeezed me into her busy schedule. She listened intently, conducted an assessment, and provided next steps. I’m relieved I found a Dr. who cares."

"I saw Dr Taragin several months ago and he has ordered EEG. The result was not in my patient portal. It took 3 months to make an appointment to review the result! The result was normal it took less than 3 min in the Dr. office. Waste of my time and extremely unorganized office with the appointments, results, patient portal. They are very good in sending the bills though many times!"
