"Complete garbage now. Since Inova took over, service is horrible. Good luck getting an appointment. There always seems to be a problem with the appointments. Nothing available for the day, so you have to call back the next day to see what openings they have."

"Called because my wife has a 103.5 degree fever, and lots of things online say to call your healthcare provider for best steps to take. Was told we could do a virtual appointment but that would be over an hour wait. I asked if it was okay to wait that long with a fever that high or if we should go to urgent care. The person on the phone said that is what the appointment would assess. I clarified that I was concerned if she was okay to wait that long before doing anything, and was told the person I was speaking with was not a clinical provider and could not answer. I asked if they could ask a doctor, and they said I could ask at the appointment. Completely useless."

"DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE. I recently came in with a bad cough and thought I might have a sinus infection due to persistent congestion. The nurse practitioner talked down to me, didn't listen to me, and refused to prescribe antibiotics in order to clear a potential underlying infection. She ignored that I had documented proof of having no environmental allergies and told me to try over the counter allergy medication to dry up my throat. A $30 copay later with no answers or medicine, I left in tears because even as an adult my voice as a patient wasn't considered. Luckily, I was able to get a second opinion from an actual doctor at a different clinic and was properly diagnosed with a sinus infection. Now with a prescription for antibiotics and proper medical advice, my symptoms that have been persistent for nearly two months are FINALLY clearing up. I feel fortunate to have the resources to have been able to get a second opinion, but for those who can't--save your money and time and choose another clinic!"

"I have been going to Vienna family medicine for the past 36 years. I am 79 years old now and I still prefer to go to them more than anywhere else. I saw different doctors for different reasons but I found out that they are all great. The doctors are very patient and understanding, the office staff are very welcoming and professional, the place is always clean and tidy. I recommend this place to be your next visit."

"3 stars to get attention: Doctors are fine here at Vienna Family Medicine, but questionable staff at their partner, LabCorps on the second floor for bloodwork. Unprofessional staff with LabCorps who carelessly extracted blood. Painful and left bruises on my arm, which has never happened to me when getting blood drawn, and I'm good with needles. Please adjust patient care interactions for the future. Thank you."
