"READ UPDATE AT END: Dr Harris is top notch. She truly takes the time to listen to her patients and their needs. Lately, I've noticed many doctors insisting patients take certain drugs that are just "hot" on the market. One of the many things I appreciate about Dr Harris is that she has not been "bought" by pharmaceutical companies. She doesn't recommend any meds without giving you good evidence of why she's recommending it. Also, my experience with her has been that whenever she's needed, she comes through. Both my elderly parents are patients of hers. I've even sent her a message through the online portal at 7 PM regarding my mom's medication and she actually replied around 8 PM! Not that many doctors even read messages from patients at that time, let alone respond to them! I highly recommend Dr Harris! UPDATE: Dr Harris is no longer at this location. This office is SOO busy; it's like a factory. The doctor may possibly be a good doctor but I wouldn't know! He never had time. Even when you get an appointment on HIS schedule, so many others come in the room before him and review so many things that you'd expect when he finally comes in, you wouldn't have to run through ALL THE SAME things again! But nope. Not the case. The last time I took my mother there for a follow up AFTER being hospitalized, once the doctor finally came in the room (after an hour waiting), he spent minutes with my mother! He didn't sit down. He stood at the door the ENTIRE time with his hand on the door knob! He clearly didn't have time to be bothered by us! That was the last time I step into this office or let my family go there. The disrespect alone was enough for me!"

"The staff at Dr. Milani’s office are extremely unprofessional. It is run like a malicious business rather than a doctor’s office that actually cares about their patients’ wellbeing. I had a doctor’s appointment and forgot to ask for a prescription refill. I went in for my bloodwork the next day and asked for my refill, and they said I need another appointment! So ridiculous. I tried to discuss with a Farsi speaking nurse who was one of the rudest people I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with.  She said “if you have a question, make an appointment with Dr. Milani and ask him” and abruptly hung up on me! Like a child having a tantrum. When I called back, they wouldn’t give me her name – after some back and forth, someone finally told me it was Dr. Milani’s nurse named “Kam.” They also told me an office manager would call me back about this rude and unprofessional behavior, but no one called back. I’m sharing my experience to hopefully save others from this mistreatment – do yourself a favor and save the headache of this terrible office. The doctors at this office are definitely aware of how the staff treats their patients and do nothing about it."

"Dr. Harris is a wonderful physician: she is kind, encouraging, and has taken my health concerns seriously. My health concerns have diminished drastically since becoming her patient, and I'm so happy to have found someone that listens to her patients and doesn't require me to constantly have to prove myself to her (I really am in pain, I really am trying hard!). It feels wonderful to see her and when I leave, I feel well taken care of. Her staff is also phenomenal."
