"Finally leaving this practice so I can leave a review. Out of the years I’ve been going to Adventist, every doctor I’ve seen has been lazy. I am happy to be going somewhere else. I would not recommend if you have any serious illnesses. if you want every doctor to tell you that you just have anxiety, then this is the practice for you. Shame to doctors who care nothing about you."

"Very bad experience with Dr. and their facility in Rockville. They will NOT refill my prescription without a "visit" with the doctor. A prescription that was already on file for the past 3+ yrs. Reluctantly, I agreed to a "visit". After the "visit" with the doctor, I had to pay $200 for the "visit", whereas the cost of the prescription was $5. Money extorted. Will not go to this doctor/facility again! No one is ready to listen to a patient who has been with this facility for the past 10+ years. Looks like the facility is only interested in making $$$"

"The doctors and staff have always been pleasant when I've gone to the office in person and for telehealth visits. My endocrinologist is great. My biggest complaint with this practice is the phones. They ring and ring and ring and ring. As other reviews have also stated, they never pick up the phone. I had to refill a couple of prescriptions which are done via mail (per my insurance) and I was notified by the RX company that they had not received a response about my refills so they couldn't fill my prescriptions. Then trying to get through to the office was impossible. They really need to improve this aspect of their practice."

"Not a big fan of this practice. They're phone line is always busy, so getting through is nearly impossible. Also, to be frank when I'm a patient in an office that specializes in conditions that requires attention numerous times a day for your entire life, it would be nice if there was some compassion or empathy on the part of the physician. We come to the doctor to help best control our blood sugar and A1C and to be as healthy as possible, not to receive insensitive comments from the doctor like "I really hope you're not planning on having children anytime soon." On top of that the price for the doctor to read my CGM data is $365, whereas a previous practice I had been to was only $78 before I had met my deductible which seems extremely extortionary. My insurance changed, so I won't be returning for that reason, but needless to say I am relived to never have to deal with this office again."
