"I booked a back facial with Susanna. She was really nice and kind. She was very knowledgeable about back facials. She had a great approach to it. She exfoliated and the applied pressure to my entire back, then began to look for and remove blackheads and other follicle blockers. She asked if I was comfortable throughout. She took photos of my back to show my progress. I felt that she provided a very good treatment and I trusted her understanding of what I was trying to achieve. I would definitely recommend her and this treatment for anyone needing to treat back skin. I’m definitely coming back again. As far as the setting the treatment rooms and offices are gorgeous. I love the cream colored matching leather chairs. The frosted soft close doors, the reception / waiting area. The gorgeous entry doors. All decor elements were so beautiful. I even loved the Harry Potter faux book of spells shelf decoration. I love Harry Potter and I thought that was so enchanting. During my treatment I did hear a lot of street noise such as fire trucks sirens. I would recommend playing serene sounds to try and drown out the city sounds. Aside from that it was truly delightful. Lastly, the location is very unassuming. The office is in an office building that has a visible parking lot right under the building. There are no obvious signs anywhere for synergy. You have to know where they are located just to find it."
