The times that they take longer are actually a good thing because they're taking the time to help patients. √ Dr Joffe in particular is my favorite. She is kind, attentive, takes her time to address any issues head to toe. I have never met a better Primary care provider like her. "Very uncaring during Covid 19. Answer the phone “can I schedule you a virtual visit today” No option to come in person no matter what kind of problem you are having have to do virtual first. Can’t set up an appointment until MyChart is set up. The receptionist showed no care or concern for patients. Just “Call back to schedule your virtual visit after you set up my chart I can’t schedule til you set it up”. Thankfully my obgyn got me in same day since it is was an urgent issue. My counselor and orthopedic have been seeing people this is unacceptable for a PCP. Is preventative health no longer necessary? Maybe they should close all of their offices since apparently they don’t think people need healthcare!"
