"Have to give a one star this shop would rank at the bottom first took a car in mid October for engine replacement did not get the car back till a week before Christmas was promised the world from Dominic was told I’d be informed never once did anyone call I had to keep showing up to get answers that’s unprofessional I was double charged on numerious occasion only refunded for one item when should of been several items I kept all the receipts was charged for an alignment took it to another shop they advised if they did an alignment he had ocean front property in a desert he sell me had a lot of charges show up that never got a call to discuss about like ecm replacement and few other things I also took a truck in there for a simple oil change came out needing a radiator they saw it was leaking ok so I gave them the job but where I was burned was I have a new Freon the job according to Mitchell’s diag or mechanical time called for the Removel of the ax condensor to remove the radiator everything was mentioned in except the Removel of the Freon I was given the truck back with no Freon in it I learned this after taking it to 2 other shops and paying for diag time Churchville should of advised or subbed out the job for the Removel of the Freon at the end of the day I will not go back very unprofessional I guess the pick and choose who there favorite customers are from other shops in the area this place has bad rep from over charging customers robbing parts off others customers cars just unprofessional should have to be afraid to call and find out what is going on with your car after 2 months for an engine that pays 15 hours at best"

"To put it simply, I'm extremely disappointed with this shop. My family had purchased several vehicles in the past from days truck center and never had any issues. Larry (the owner) has always been willing to negotiate with the prices on all of his vehicles in the lot. Well, I went in and found a car that I really liked. However, the price he was asking was very Steep and much more than the car was worth so we negotiated and he OFFERED to drop the price by $2,000. This being said he said there would be no warranty included with the purchase. which I had verified previously that there was nothing wrong with the car and the warranty wouldn't be an issue. 5 days after I drove it off the lot the engine light came on. When I took it back to them they replaced the tire sensors and said that no engine light was on…( must have cleared the code). It's now a couple weeks later the engine light is back on again and it's having some safety issues. I brought my concerns up to Larry and said it's the same issue as before. Can we get it checked out? so I took it over to the shop that he is associated with as he told me I should and they tried to charge me 98$ to do absolutely nothing. When they told me the total price and what was wrong with the car I just had a feeling that it wasn't accurate and I wanted to take it to a different shop that I had used previously. Well when I took it to that shop I was told that there's a completely different issue with it..( a much cheaper issue) and that They weren't sure how Churchville Automotive had come to the conclusion of the issue they stated in the first place. I explained I was going to communicate with Larry and see if he would cover the cost to fix the vehicle since the issue occurred less than 7 days after I left a lot. Larry was not willing to cover the cost to get the vehicle fixed and said that it was out of his hands since he discounted the price. Never Should I ever have to sit here and pay out of pocket to fix an issue with the vehicle that happened less than 7 days after I drove it off the lot. I just don't believe that all of a sudden it had issues the second I signed my name on the paper? doesn't make any sense. They never informed me up front about the price that I would have to pay for a diagnosis and then they tried to lie and say that they told me about the price when I dropped my car off (didn't happen). Then a couple days later they told me the price to fix it which I felt was so steep and only then when I asked for an itemized list of all of the services, was the first time I heard about this “diagnostic fee”, which I declined and explained that I wasn't interested in having them move forward with fixing it or coming to an official diagnosis due to the cost of the diagnosis alone. There was no communication, they will “fix” whatever your concern about the car was so they don't have to do any real work to figure out what's actually wrong with the car. I was trying to express my concerns as well as ask some questions that I had to the front desk woman at the Churchville Diagnostic Center. She started raising her voice at me, interrupting me, and wouldn't let me speak, and was just overall nasty. She threw my keys on the counter and told me to leave her shop. I felt very disrespected. I am very disappointed and will never be a returning customer."

"Very positive experience with Churcville Automotive Diagnostic. They replaced truck battery about 8 months ago. Recently the battery started going dead. I took the truck back to them and they checked out the truck electrical system and replaced the battery at no charge. They are very honest and want to have satisfied customers. Will definitely use them in the future."
