"The store sign and google shows it opens at 11am on Sundays. I got there at 11.20 am and doors were locked . There was a person inside by the register; I could not hear what she was saying and she was showing smth on her fingers. She could just come out and say instead. It’s very unprofessional. If you open different times on Sundays you should adjust the information."

"I don't know about anyone else but i went there for one thing to help a friend out and got distracted by the beautiful and clean display of the products and got more then intended lol . You mmediately see products for women of color which is so reassuring. An associate named Justeen/justine I know I'm spelling it wrong but she was amazing she knew I was acting like a kid in a candy store there I will definitely be going back she put me on to some NICE stuff and was super helpful if you go ask for her she's a skinny , Brownskin girl and today she had a long braided ponytail so run not walk."

"I'm unsure why this place has low reviews, but it's always been great to me! I've probably been here about 8 to 10 times, and I've never had an issue, and they always have what I need and more! The store is very clean, everything is easy to find, the customer service is always stellar! The prices are very very hard to beat. I'll definitely keep patronizing this place and I hope the ratings go up because they're pretty freaking fantastic to me!"

"They really need to hire a new staff, they are so rude and always have nasty attitudes when you ask for help. I was hoping when they moved to this new location that they would do better, but they haven’t. Nor do they ever have anything you want in stock. They’re also very unwelcoming, don’t say hi or anything. On top of that it’s very obvious that they’re following and watching you to see if you’re stealing. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black, since they’re also black but if you’re going to do that, be more discreet at least. Don’t pretend to organize and stock shelves and suddenly be done once I decide to check out. It makes me very uncomfortable as I’ve been a Sally’s member for years. It turns me off from going to this location ever again. If I go to a Sally’s in a majority white neighborhood, it’s an entirely different treatment and it shouldn’t be that way. Hire security, don’t be fake with people when you don’t even welcome them in your store when they walk in."
