"Best service experience I have had in years! Tension spring snapped today, and they had a tech at my house within a hour of my call! Cost was exactly what was quoted, and our tech took the time to do the job right! So thankful I called Omega Overhead Garage Door Repairs!"

I called to schedule an estimate for replacement of our garage doors, and I spoke with a person who told me that the fee to visit for an estimate is $50, but if I pay up-front, the cost drops to $29 and will be rolled into my total cost of installation plus an additional discount. He never mentioned that my information would then be shared with a third party (Premium Home Service), and that I would be enrolled into an annual, self-renewing service contract. I did NOT agree to this, and would not have agreed to the fee if I had known. Not only that, he scheduled us to have the estimate yesterday evening, and the guy never showed, and we never got a cancellation notice or request to reschedule. I feel like I've been scammed. Don't make the same mistake I made."
