"I sent pics to Kris for review and estimate, all went fine. Needed to lift concrete by pool steps only a few inches on one side. All was looking pretty good but they continued to pump more and cracked my concrete. I am now left with a bigger problem and more costly repair. Just be aware that risk is all on the homeowner, they would not help me with any fix or cost. My concrete did not have any cracks prior to their service. IN RESPONSE: My concrete was poured 23 years ago and there were no cracks. Your crew drilled holes in concrete and knew depth prior to jacking. If they felt is wasn't thick enough we could have discussed and stopped. The depth was only mentioned after the damage was done. My two star review is because I am now left with a much larger repair cost."

"Over the years, the concrete slabs around my in ground pool had sunk and some had a crooked appearance. After receiving a recommendation, I decided to contact Concrete Chiropractor. It was a pleasure dealing with the company as I was immediately responded to by phone and email . I actually received an estimate via email within several hours , without anyone having to come to my house. This was done by providing pictures and the estimate was accurate with no hidden expenses. The crew was professional and knowledgeable. They raised and leveled 11 concrete slabs to their original position. I was very satisfied and happy that I contacted Concrete Chiropractor . I would definitely recommend anyone to use this company. It was also pretty cool to watch how the work was done."

"My sidewalk had become a tripping hazard due to some settling. I did not want to replace the areas in question as that would result in a checker board look so I turned to Concrete Chiropractor. They did what the said they’d do when they said they’d do it - and for a fair price. Now my concrete is level and my sidewalk is safe!"
