"PODS' takes advantage of the elderly. They never told my dad he needed to sign a document. they took his payment and never called back or tell him he needed to sign anything. So they charged him an additional month and they never even picked up the container. they wouldn't refund the money and their customer service didn't care about the fact that my dad is 85."

"Our first time using PODS and we had a great positive experience. The PODS concept is excellent and a perfect option for our needs. We were able to pack glass, mirrors and other large, heavy and fragile items in PODS (on the driveway) properly without any issues. Without the PODS, it would required much more manpower, time and costly to move and remove from the storage warehouse."

"The whole process is very inconvenient which is ironic because I chose to purchase a Pod because it seemed to easy and convenient. I needed to streamline down my house for sale. Then store items for a while and then planned on moving the Pod later. Due to how Pods are placed, I did not achieve my goal. The Pod barely fit at my old property and was crooked and would not fit at the new property. Due to how inconvenient to access, the process was made worst."

"You need to update the address in Google maps, the current Google map address is leading commercial trucks into a residential area. It's unsafe from the public to do this. Please correct it"

"Tried cancelling my pick up order and it was not easy. No easy way to do it on the website. Calling them for a cancellation is last priority and the wait time was 30 mins. Chat was equally worse. The person helping me was helping several customers at the same time. Just horrible experience with PODS. My first and last time!"
