"Decent gas station! Stopped here for gas multiple times - good price. The gas pumps are surprisingly fast. Bathrooms are decent."
"The only time I do a review is if it’s a great experience or really bad. And for it to be bad, it has to be consistent or just pure rudeness. The pumps at this location never work right. I use the BP app to get money off my gas. Well it never works because your pumps don’t communicate. The employees even say your pumps are terrible. Sadly, they have been like this for years and you refuse to fix them. Even the ones in Mt Jackson do the same thing. I’m done giving you my money until I hear you fixed the pumps. Invest in your business so that your customers are happy. For now I will use other BP gas stations where my app works flawlessly."
"Inattentive workers who sometimes ignore the customers to chat with the other co-workers. The workers in the morning are better than the workers in the the evening and the ones on the weekend. Is it improper training? Improperly trained people get frustrated and overwhelmed and quit. This store has new workers in it all of the time. I have been overcharged and have had to point it out to the cashier on two different occasions. Half of the time, my card does not work at the pump which does not happen at other places."
"It is routine for cash registers and pumps to fail, prices never match. You can't get in and out in any remotely decent time. it's also not surprising a bit when one employee is working and another 3 are either talking or doing the task of one person. Some of the staff is incredible and you can tell they're doing all the work. Others don't even attempt to not act inconvenienced by customers. The only reason a place like this survives is because the owner located in areas with no competition."
