The customer service rep took down our information and received an immediate return call and text letting me know that they were on their way. The team of Bob and Paul diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty sump pump. Both men were extremely professional and friendly. They educated us on what was being done and why. The work was clean and efficient. I was extremely happy with everything that was done and highly recommend their services. Will only be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs. Thank you... not just for doing great work but for responding so quickly in order to minimize the headaches caused from this troubling situation."

"Complete Renovation of 2-1/2 Bathrooms -- Beautiful Work at a Great Price !! Mallard Plumbing removed all existing sinks, faucets, valves, traps and vanities from all baths. In the 1/2 bath, they installed a pedestal sink, single handle faucet, valves and trap. They also replaced all hardware. The 2 other bathrooms got new vanities, countertops, sinks, and single handle faucets. New towel racks and toilet paper holders were installed. The existing caulk around the tub was removed and new silicone was applied. For the walk-in shower a new single handle faucet was installed, the old caulk was removed and new caulk was applied everywhere. Plus, Mallard made our existing white tile backcoards look new. Bob and Shane arrived on time every morning, worked hard all day, kept the job site immaculate, cleaned up thoroughly before they left each day, protected their entire work site (and our carpets) with drop cloths, and finished the entire job in 4 (four) days. We're thrilled! We have three new bathrooms at a fraction of the cost we expected to pay. Hire these guys!!"

"My second time using Mallard. The first time about two weeks ago, they fixed a leak in my kitchen sink due to a broken waste disposal, and replaced it with a new one. Today, they came promptly when I called due to a leak from my AC unit caused by a clogged pipe. They always explain every single they do and all charges prior. Will use again (but hopefully won’t need to for a while ha!)"

"Pipes under the sink were leaking. I called Mallard and the woman said someone would get right back to me. I waited 24 hours, called again, said they'd get right back to me. I waited another 24 hours then called Hirschberg Mechanical and they fixed it right away. I gave 2 stars because the ladies I spoke with were nice. Not sure what happened here. Note: Nobody from Mallard ever called me back or left a voicemail. They may have called someone but it definitely wasn't me. I gave my number to both women and verified all of my information."
