Zoom Drain 500 Davis Drive, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462

"Yesterday I called and spoke to Chris at Zoom Drain , the nastiest person I have ever spoken to anywhere.i wanted to compliment them on what they did for me and ask for a quote to correct the things that they suggested needed to be corrected. This is a multifamily large property for a sewer line serving six buildings. He simply said I wasn't asking for a quote in accordance with his policy and therefore he could not do business with us, suggested I call someone else and hung the.phone up on me. I called back and spoke to Chris again. His nastiness elevated. Now he offered to send someone out to see me and gave me a 10:00 to 2 window. I inform him these were rental units and I could not just sit in my car and wait and ask him if he could narrow the window. He became irate, spewed more of his policy and said that just because it's inconvenient for me, it is My problem and not his and once again said he couldn't do business with me despite the fact that I said I knew that his price was going to be many thousands of dollars for the quote. I managed to get the first name of a supervisor that I will call on Monday, before Chris hung up on me again. I can't imagine how many business opportunities, single family or multifamily sewer lines that this man has lost for the company he's supposed to represent. A little authority seems to have gone to his head And he uses it to destroy business opportunities for the company he works for. Zoom did an excellent job. Quick, professional and thorough. They supplied photos and written commentary. They did the job for which they exist and Chris went out of his way to destroy all that his company has worked for. Daniel Kohles, the tech, was waiting at the job when I arrived. I was impressed that the truck he was driving was self-contained. He had hundreds of feet of hose and water supply. A generator for electricity and modern equipment. Usually I've had to supply plumbers with my hose, my water and my electricity. Which has always been extremely inconvenient. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable and went to work immediately to break the clog, run the snake several times to make sure the line was clear, cleaned up the area and washed the outside walls that were splattered with mud. Explained everything that he did, while he was doing it and left me with pictures on my cell phone and his written step-by-step commentary on exactly what was done. It seems that the clog that was located was caused by a repair to the line a couple of months before that was done by another plumber. Daniel was the best. When I tried to reach the former plumber with the information provided by Zoom, I found that that plumber had gone out of business... And rightfully so. I would definitely use Zoom drain again. However, my ambivalence to do so is due to Chris. ."

"Pat Cunningham led an amazing team of professionals that replaced my main sewer drain, using the minimally invasive techniques that preserved my front yard and driveway. He quickly assessed the situation and diagnosed the problem. He explained everything to me. He was very courteous and professional. Zoom called me immediately after my request and came within 2 hours. I would definitely call them again."

"As emergencies normally do, ours came up very quickly. Zoom called us within minutes of the referral from our general plumber, who we have used for many years. The timeframe they gave me was accurate and the technician, Luke, was very friendly and welcoming. He took a great deal of time to listen to the story of our emergency, and then check on things inside the house before heading outside to address the issues in the pipes coming from our house to our main street. Entire time he did this, Luke explained in detail what he was doing, and answered all questions that I had. To say he was patient with me would be an understatement. Luke continued to work at the clog in our drain three hours before finally getting it cleared. I am understandably very happy that we did not have to have our entire front yard dug up however, more so then the service itself was how Professionally Luke addressed all of the issues I had. I would highly recommend using this company in the future, and this morning did personally call the offices to give feedback about my experience. I am above pleased with the service, and will be recommending them to friends and family in the future. Luke is definitely an asset to his employers, and a credit to his training.
