"Absolutely the worst! We had them move our home from Pennsylvania to Florida. It started with them showing up with only half of our house…then rescheduling the other half around their schedule. The men that actually moved our furniture in and out of our house were very courteous and careful with our items but we know that something happened when it was in their storage and care (a few months) because multiple solid wood pieces of furniture were deeply gouged and our large Bluetooth speaker was completely dented in. I understand there were many moving parts in this move but that is literally their job and when I courteously tried to clear the issue I was avoided, passed off and ignored. I contacted corporate and guess what? Still ignored! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Broken and damaged items and major inconveniences for thousands of dollars!!!"

"The process was very smooth from initial consultation to completion of move. The crew was on time, polite and professional. We came in under estimate in cost which is always a nice surprise. The move date had to be changed due to pending bad weather and they were very accomodating. I would highly recommend this Bekins team for anyone looking to move."

"Moving day with the dream team of Lewis, Mike, and Carlos was the best! The 9 hours passed so quickly. These guys never stop moving and are so efficient! "I would not recommend this moving company to anyone. We used them in August 2021. Most of our belongings went to a storage unit while our home was being built. The house is done and we went to the storage unit to find a real mess. See the photos of boxes and totes that weren't stacked and stored properly. Very unprofessional. As we continue to unpack, our frustration increases. Fortunately, we did the packing which has saved so many fragile items that would be broken had they not been wrapped well with bubble wrap. These guys need lessons on how to stack and store boxes and totes for an extended period of time. I was paying by the hour so I don't understand why they were in such a hurry. The company hasn't responded to my review. I would think that they would attempt to contact me and make it right. Responding to the Bekins response: Fortunately, we packed carefully and not a whole lot of items were broken or damaged. Your response about humidity and boxes/bins may ne true but I can't figure out why anyone would stack heavy boxes on lightweight boxes that are clearly marked "fragile". Leaning towers of boxes and bins. I was there when they were unloading the truck into the storage unit. It was a long day. It was hot. It was late. The crew was in a rush and mistakes were made. I hired a different mover this time and Bekins lost a customer. I hope to never need a mover again."
