"I first started my small company in 1998, and had used a few e-mailing services, in addition to trying to do it ourselves with some software I'd purchased. High prices, little or no support, nothing good to say about any of those experiences. In 2002 a partner, who was and is a NASA engineer, recommended BigList, as a fellow he worked with was having some success using their service. The decision to use BigList changed my life, the lives of my family members, and the lives of many around us, certainly our employees and contractors. This really grew my business. Their prices are very low (check around), and their system may seem very bare bones. But what you don't see is that the system is fully compliant, and has many features built into it that many others don't have. I know because I've asked or tested them. And if you are a serious e-mailer, you will run into headaches. It's just inevitable. BigList is very good at working with you on resolving them. I have heard horror stories about how some other firms handle these - or you. If you are conscientious and serious about growing your business, BigList may well be for you. I have had hundreds of phone conversations with them over these last 18+ years, but have never met them. That likely will change. Having the freedom and financial stability to travel and do the things we really want to do has come about in great part due to my working with this company. I recommend them highly."
