When we called to explain the situation we were greeted by an extremely rude customer service female. We decided to cancel our service only to find out they were overcharging us by .85 per gallon. BEWARE CROOKED COMPANY!!"

"Hired Sullivan Heating, Cooling, Oil and Propane to install A/C (ducts) and Heat Pumps. Contacted them after 2 other firms wanted to put in ductless A/C and heat pumps. Sullivan rep Ron Zoll showed us that putting in ductwork A/C was the better option since we had the attic space for it, and aesthetically it would look better since there was no pipes and wires on the outside of the house, other than where the condenser was put. When they gave us the quote, it was over $10,000 less than other firms that wanted to put in ductless A/C & heat pumps. Putting in the ductwork took a little longer but better looking without all of the outside pipes and lines for each bedroom and other rooms. Sullivan's installers were professional, hard-workers, that did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and worked efficiently and were done at the time they told us it would be. They kept us informed on what was being done, asked us what we wanted when they were making any changes, and showed us how to use the electronic A/C and heat thermostat. I recommend Sullivan Heating, Cooling, Oil & Propane to anyone."

"I had Sullivan HVAC install a mini split system for my 112 year old Victorian home. Despite the age of my house and the challenging install, Sullivan succeeded and did it for an affordable price. They were thorough, friendly, and very professional. I have 3 floors and a unit was installed for each floor. I can say goodbye to window ACs now that I have the mini split system installed. Fantastic job done by Sullivan. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. They know their stuff."
