"Whole home pack, store & move- Went out of our local area to hire these guys due to ratings. Would not recommend! Little care packing fragile items. Expensive (and new) furniture only wrapped in plastic, not padding + plastic. Sofa must have been dragged, either in trucks or warehouse, because fabric is soiled, scuffed. Brand new leather chair dented in multiple areas as if jammed against something else in multiple places. A literal hole in a mattress? How does that happen? Other items damaged that should have been packed better. Upon delivery, damaged brand new home in highly visible front door area. You think I heard back when I filed my claim within 30 days? NO! Called 3x and they are "working on it, pending supervisor review" (now 7 weeks later...). I have pictures of everything, great documentation. Just a cluster in multiple areas. Claims Dept is THE WORST! There are other hundreds of other movers- save your hassle and use them!"

"From the initial consultation and estimation process with Josh, to the actual packing, loading, and unloading for our move with Mike and his crew (Jessie, Doug, Richie & Corey), our expectations were greatly exceeded. They were very friendly, professional and meticulous with our belongings - there was not a chip, scratch or dent, no breakage or missing items. And when our actual moving costs came in below the estimate, we were promptly refunded. We can't say enough about how superb the entire process was, and we highly recommend them!"
