"My father in law hired this plumber for some old piping issues. He hired this company because he is also a fellow veteran and wanted to give his business to them. Every interaction that was had after the initial consult was unprofessional. Several appointments were needed due to how much work needed to be completed. Every appointment that was made, he was either several hours late with no phone call or would call and say he had to make it another day due to an emergency. Listen, emergencies happen and that is fine, but for just not showing up or not notifying, it is unprofessional. When he finally came around to “finish” the job, the leaking still persisted. Another plumber was called and they had to repair what had been done. The word that my father in law used was “flaky” and when you run a business, one of the most important aspects no matter what is to give good customer service and to have good communication, both which are lacking."

"Reached out requesting a quote for whole house water softener system installation. Received a call back by the end of the day where we discussed some quick questions about our home and an estimate based on those questions. Rob arranged to come by the next morning to review in person. Though an emergency call from another customer prevented him from arriving by the arranged time he remained in touch to update me on when he would arrive. His quote was very reasonable and he was able to start immediately and finish the next day after obtaining a special part to accommodate our home’s infrastructure. We will be using Veteran’s Plumbing going forward."

"I posted a message on Angie’s list a few months back for water heater install. I had bad sediment buildup in my barely 5 year old water heater. The old one was installed from the county for a rehab program and badly installed by the county and they messed up with the electrical that didn’t match a normal install and the voltage etc. So, I was worried what I was in for. Robert responded quickly and the only plumber from Angie’s list to respond in a timely manner. Robert worked with me and had me send pictures so he could see what he working with and give me a closer estimate on how much it would be. Chad came out the same day and installed my new water heater and some piping. Now jump to today.. I called to inquire when they could I install the sediment filter and they came out same day and completed! I ran into an issue from the past job from lehigh county rehab install with the piping. They addressed it and explained why it needed to be done. I was appreciative of the honesty and that they care. I recommend highly and will be sure to call again for more future projects. They are very reasonable and very communicative. Service like this is so hard to find today. Thank you Robert and Chad!!"

"I called Semper Fi pump service of Lehigh Valley after hours because I had no water. Rob not only answered the phone but came to my home within an hour. He replaced my pump and wiring within 90 minutes of arriving. I had water with better pressure than we had before. The price was reasonable and Rob was very professional and efficient. I recommended this company to anyone who has a water pump or septic pump issue"
