After agreeing on a price of $300 for a service call, witch includes quick fixes, they completed the job in a mere 15 minutes and then had the audacity to tack on an additional $200. Their excuse? A $200 "call out" fee, and the $300 was for What ? It's clear that this company's only goal is to overcharge unsuspecting customers. This kind of deceitful behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of the entire industry. We urge the company in question to reassess its billing practices and client communication strategies. It is through such measures that they can restore confidence in their services and align their operations with the principles of fairness and good faith that are expected by their clientele."
