"I was Looking for an affordable dryer and so I went to see Tom. He had a dryer set to deliver and even held it for me for a few weeks while I was getting my floors done. When he delivered it, the heating element went about a week later. True to his word he came to fix the broken part that week. One week later the element went again and I asked that he pick it up because it just wasn’t working. He replaced the dryer with another one that works perfectly now. He was very polite and professional and I truly appreciated that. Not only did he make three trips to my house at no additional cost but he refused to take any money I wanted to give him for all the trouble. I would Definitely recommend this shop for affordable, dependable appliances! And Tom is a great guy."
"I bought a washer and they went out of their way to make sure everything was working and as soon as I called with a problem they were at my door early the next morning to fix it to get everything up and running. He was polite and considerate. Thanks so much for everything!"
"Very unprofessional! I hired him to repair my mother-in-law's dryer which is in the attic. He came over on Saturday to check it out turns out he didn't have the part he needed which was fine he said he would come back monday. He showed up. Went upstairs and left without fixing the dryer . i call him and ask if there was a problem? He said it was way to hot up there and he wasn't going back and hung up on me. I tried to call him back but he refuses to answer my call now. Didn't ask if the heat could be turned down or off just up and left. There's also a window up there that could have been open. I do not recommend hiring this guy at all."
"The owner is either lazy or doesn't want to make money. I called, I've been waiting for about a month for him to repair the dryer we bought from him that still has a warranty, I finally got fed up and went to the shop first thing this morning. His excuse, I don't like your road. I get that my driveway is hidden, but when you own a business, you need to be about that business or close up shop. This guy is very unreliable. 150 for a dryer, bearings are shot, what a wonderful day I'm having."
"We've been dealing with Tom for years and have purchased several used washers and dryers & $150.00 on average, we got an average of five years out of each, that's $37.50 a year! Great price! Tom even came to our house when I had a problem with a washer once, fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me a dime!"
