"DOMT BUY FROM HERE YOULL BE UPSET YOU DIDNT LISTEN. So here’s how my experience went. I have a pre approved financing limit through a finance company. I take that to them and they make the process decently easy. But then I test drive the red 14 equinox that they’re going to wind up selling again. The thing needs struts, no harm no foul they fixed em within 2 hours and I came back to test drive it again. Now there’s a creaking and grinding in the passenger side front wheel. I checked all four rotors on the vehicle and you can see all of the grooves and rust lips that would fail a state inspection but this one just passed an inspection in December and I believe it was their inspection station number on the vehicle. I then took the car thinking this problem would fix itself once I drive it for a while. Well since I took it I drove it 6 times for about 20-30 minutes a piece and each time that noise is still there along with the creaking and banging from the rear of the vehicle now. The vehicle needs subframe bushings, pads and rotors all around, calipers and to make everything better I was lied to. The woman told me that they had done all the service work on this trade in and the previous owner actually bought it from them and always had it serviced there. I asked the owner if I could have it looked at by another shop like Kost or Steve Shannon where the mechanics would hear the noise after doing the repairs to it the first time, and the owner then finally said how about I just give you your money back. This place is a bunch of swindlers. They’ll do anything to get rid of a piece of junk and make a few bucks. I took the car back and got my money back and the bank’s checks back. Be careful who ya buy from!!!! EDIT: I see the owner has something to say to everyone that posts a review and to be honest buddy say anything I wrote isn’t true you’d be lying again."
