"Zero stars would be more appropriate! I have lived here for over 9 years and they still insist on delivering mail from the previous owner. With the exception of one mailman, mail delivery is a joke. Service wasn't that great before, but ever since THE BIG BAD COVID, it's pathetic. Packages are left out in the rain, or on top of your vehicle. They leave packages at the wrong address constantly and REFUSE to ring your doorbell. It's usually after dark before our mail is in the box."

"They lose your mail and then deliver you really late in evening!! Very disappointed !!! They need more people been waiting since Saturday for my check and still never got it because of the mail person was running late and just passed every mail box !!!! Ughh"
"They do not even try to deliver packages. They leave them at the post office for you to pick up. Their hours are the same as mine and they go to lunch for an hour which happens to be during my 30 minute lunch break. I thought the purpose of the post office is to deliver your mail, but they don’t."
