"Michelle W. provided my med management for 10 years. She knows what medications go together and don't. She knows how to fix and avoid side effects. She a a true partner in your care. I would continue to use her if I did not move to California. Dr. Joshi is also excellent. He took care of me when Michelle W was on leave. Kudos to this practice."

"Would never recommend. Been shuffled around to random providers since 2019, without warning and no reason given. Multiple providers are dismissive of side effects. Providers make no effort to establish rapport and are continually flip and condescending, and always late to in person and virtual consults. Yet they’re quick to charge late/missed fees, and you can rarely get a call back from the front office for a reschedule. I’ve been stood up over 40 minutes waiting for a phone call for a simple refill. Plus, god forbid you have any ins changes or life changes requiring more than 3 months without being seen - they’ll scam you into “new patient paperwork” and another 6 month minimum of in person visits all to make a buck."

"My doctor was wonderful. The African American receptionist was amazing. The other receptionist was obnoxious. I needed my FMLA Paperwork immediately but it took two weeks (policy). I lost my job. I attempted to explore that my employer gave me a deadline due to other extenuating circumstances but no one (out front) was really willing to listen to me explain my personal situation. At any rate, I lost my job."

Praveena has been with me through the ups and downs of my mental health journey and has always made me feel validated. The administrative staff consistently returns my calls and they make scheduling easy. The virtual appointments are especially convenient."

"If I could give this practice 0 stars I absolutely would. My mother has been abusing her meds for some time now and Joshi himself knows of it. It has been brought to his attention more than once. He will not return my calls, he only lowered her dose to .5 and still gives her 120 a refill and also hasn’t seen her since July when he was supposed to be monitoring her closely!!!! He does not care about his patients or anyone else around them for that matter!!!!!"
