"Family Counseling Center — 1 star May 30, 2018 7:24pm I've never actually been to see anyone who works here, I simply had a beyond poor experience because of both a client of this place and the 'owner'. I was in suite D today and trying to go down the steps, but a woman and her 8-10 year old daughter were going up the steps (both across, only stairwell, no space for me) and I couldn't go down. The woman said to me "Good luck with the steps" in a rather rude tone when she got to the top because I have a walking boot, which was 100% uncalled for, I didn't say a WORD to her or her daughter at any point or even do literally anything but stand there waiting for them to either move aside so it was only one of them across the steps so I could also use the steps or actually get to the top once it was clear they were not going to be respectful and share the steps. I missed my bus because they hogged the steps. Had to sit on the dirty, ant-covered sidewalk because there's no bench for 30 minutes. I sent an email to this place complaining and got back probably THE rudest, most generic response ever from "Sheri Mitschelen" who, according to her signature, claims to be the owner. I'm so glad it's OK for both of those people to treat another person like that. It was probably the most generic and rude answer I've ever gotten to something I said to a counseling center and I unfortunately have dealt with far too many in my life. It further ruined an already beyond ruined day. None of the people here are real doctors. Go elsewhere."
