"A few days ago, when I tried to boot up my computer, I got the dreaded Blue Screen of Death. I contacted Computer Medix and talked to Tim. I explained that I recently had knee replacement surgery and thus was unable to take our computer to the shop. Tim said no problem, and later that day, he came to our house to pick up the computer. The next day, he called me to say that he had diagnosed the problem (actually, several of them) and offered a fix, which included a new hard drive and a new (refurbished) computer to replace our (very) old one. I told him to do the work, and the day after that, he brought the new unit back to our house and hooked everything up for us. He also stayed to make sure I was okay with the new computer. I am completely satisfied with the work that Tim did and the price he charged (very reasonable, considering all the time he spent on the job for us). In addition, Tim is is just a great guy. We will be using Computer Medix for all our computer needs in the future! Quick Update: This past Saturday, I couldn't connect to the Net (got a message saying "no connections available"). I spoke to Tim just now, and he fixed the problem in about ten seconds. The issue, by the way, had nothing to do with the new computer or anything Tim had done; it was with Xfinity, my Internet provider. Once again, great service by Computer Medix!!"
