"Update: Once again these idiots have delivered my package to the wrong address. Again, UPS should shut this facility down. They're inept, from the drivers to the managers. This place is poorly operated. They've delivered my packages to the wrong address. One of which was delivered to a business ten miles away. They frequently deliver packages late. My most recent package was out for delivery, not delivered and then rescheduled for delivery three days later. When you call for answers or help, you will end up empty handed. UPS should close this location and open one elsewhere with a higher quality of staff. Edit: I've been on the phone with UPS three times since yesterday. It's clearly gotten nowhere. And it's not a single experience with this location, it's experiences. I also don't understand why my package could be on a truck yesterday for delivery, but can't be on one today."

"Great personal. Friendly, straightforward, knowledgeable. Packages ship quickly and safely. I ship fragile 40lb ceramic cookware regularly and have had no issues unlike with other shippers who will go unnamed here. Critically they're open till 7pm not 5pm like the other guys."
