"Unprofessional. Have been using Turners for 6 years. We called to get water and Bruce told us to use the company that filled our pool last year. Well if Bruce remembered correctly he wasn't available when we got our new pool installed last year (liner needs water immediately) also Bruce wasn't available for several days to finish filling the new pool so we used cold springs like the contractor used to install. Bruce was very rude and ignorant on the phone " you used cold springs last year I saw them there so just call them this year""

"He answered the phone, "Hello?" rather than a professional way, identifying the business. I asked if he is a water hauling company. He said yes. He asked where I am located. I told him (not far at all, really, less than a half hour). He said he doesn't deliver to my area. I told him we were told of one place that delivers in our area and asked him if he knew of any others. His response was, "I don't know who _____ is." This was the end of the phone call. Not professional, not helpful."
