"They really are just the worst. This is their local FedEx location. I scheduled a pick up twice. Both days? No show. Sat here from 8am-6pm. They didn't even drive by my house. This forced me to go to FedEx and drop off my package. And when I did? They wouldn't even refund the $11 fee I paid to have them pick it up. The absolute worst. UPS and USPS may be a few dollars more. But I will pay it because I will never use FedEx again."
