"I have been calling for 30 mints now and it says it close at 10 it is 9:33 right now and when i go up to the stor it is closed ik it is bad out but u should put on line or something saying ur closed"

"I was a daily customer to this local small business for 14 years. The service and amenities have declined so much over the past two years that I now go out of my way to drive to franchises, because the extra commute actually saves me time/hassle. - Their card reader does not accept the chip on my bank card, so I have to watch them try three times, then swipe.every single time. - Their card reader will not accept my credit card via chip, swipe, or manual entry. -Their outsourced ATM will not accept my bank card. [Both cards work flawlessly everywhere else] -They're still sharing a single dial up connection for card processing, telephone and ATM. -They still require signatures on any and all card purchases, YEARS after the EMV liability shift. -They only have one person working counter, lottery, and drive thru after 3-4pm. The lines that form between 5-7 test my patience more than the Belmont Walmart. -Lobby is locked at 8pm, seven days a week, even in the middle of summer when the sun doesn't set for another two hours. -They completely close at 10pm, even on Friday and Saturday nights. - IDK if they're still advertising 'state minimum,' but their prices are absolutely not. The staff is somehow always pleasant, even with the consistent turnover and how hard I see one person scrambling to work three counters at once. The single star I rated this place goes to those hourly employees ALONE. A revised business plan is like a decade overdue."
