"The technician came on November 2, 2023 as heater didn't work properly (temperature was dropping for no good reasons for me) -- nice person, but didn't do a lot of investigation. Anyway -- I asked him what if it will happen again -- he said it will free of charge during a month. Today, November 27, 2023, I woke up at 59F. I made many calls, but the point was that wanted to be sure that they can charge me again, however, there is no guarantee that they will fix a problem."

"I had a technician come over for a routine inspection of my furnace. I have no complaints about the professionalism or politeness of anyone at the company. They actually were nice enough to go a little outside of their operating area for me, and the scheduling process was very easy. The issue is they told me I had a bad gas valve, but it turns out there was nothing wrong with it. The technician claimed it was seized up, and when I asked him if it was because I needed to turn the thermostat up, he said he was jumping the thermostat, so that shouldn't be an issue. I went to swap out the valve myself, but decided to check it myself by turning up the thermostat, and it worked no problem. I don't think he was being dishonest. I think he didn't jump the thermostat correctly. I think they mean well, but the level of expertise was a little lacking in my opinion."
