"I went into Walgreens today to send a package via FedEx. The two sales reps were were extremely competent, knowledgeable, and professional to me. They answered all of my questions and were very pleasant to deal with. After completing my transition, I walked out of the store thinking.....what a pleasant experience!!"
"Walgreens website says they take packages under 55 pounds and up to 25x25x48. Every time I take a package to the Newton store they say it's too big and/or too heavy. All my packages are 20x20x20 or smaller and never anywhere near 55 lbs. The last time (and it will be my last time) the Newton store manager said their max is 30 pounds and smaller than four floor tiles on all sides (24x24x24). When I showed her their website she said her limits were different. (Really???) Finally she agreed to take my 20x20x12 34 pound package as if she were doing me a favor. Everyone was extremely rude and arbitrary. They never measure or weigh the packages, just immediately say "too big" or "too heavy". I'm never going back to this Walgreens for anything. FedEx should find another partner."
"I walked in with a box the size of a regular sleeping pillow I was returning and the girl blurts out no! Too big! Not I’m sorry we only take blah blah blah , no completely rude! They have a dock the receive deliveries how is this too big! Than it should be on the website nothing bigger then a shoe box"
