"Took my singer sewing machine 3 years ago this November. After months of trying to get a result and multiple excuses about him being busy, My husband tried to get my machine back so we could take it somewhere else. He threatened to rip out anything he did to the machine. Have not been able to get the machine back so had to write off as a loss and bought a new machine. Sad because the original had belonged to my mother."

"I've made repeated calls, left messages each time, asking abt getting my machine cleaned, and tune up. Never received a call back. Are we sure the business is still open? I like the idea, that he's close by, and I'm trying to support my local small businesses. But, after reading the other reviews, think I actually lucked out, and will be taking my business elsewhere!"

"Brought a machine in a year ago, he fixed it in a week, $200, or so I thought. Brought in two more machines and called every two months to see if they were done, he would get upset and whine about how busy he is, and that the machines are disassembled. I told him to box up the parts and I’ll pick them up. He told me its hard to tell which is which till it’s assembled, he just needs a little more time. I had to buy a machine because the first one still didn’t work right and had nothing to sew on. Now he’s not answering his phone and I’m out two machines. Do not do business with this man. NOTE: After I posted my review there is now a highlight that says the business is closed."

"I would not recommend taking your machine to be repaired here. I dropped mine off and was told it would be looked at in about 2weeks. Over a month later, no word. I called and requested to pick it up to take it elsewhere. I was told to pick it up the next day because it was disassembled. When I plugged it in, there was no needle, the light was out and the feeder runs in reverse."

"That guy is a crook. I took my sewing machine to him because it kept spinning and not sewing. I told him it needed a new belt. After 2 months it was ready or though I thought. I picked it up and since this virus has everyone needing masks, I thought I’d sew some. Machine still spins and will not sew and the guy charged me 300.00 for nothing. Plus there are scratches on the bobbin housing screws that weren’t there before. He’s a crook."
