"Should be zero stars. Dishonest and unreliable. Came to our house for a broken ice maker on our refrigerator. Said he needed to order a part and would come back to repair it. Several months later we never heard from him. When I reached him, he acted like he didn't remember the call although it was obvious from the conversation that he knew exactly who I was. Said he would come back out to our house to reevaluate the refrigerator. Never showed up."
