"This company should get zero stars. Just like the other reviewers on here, I too was sent to this place because my brand new Maytag dishwasher was broken (broke after one use but that's another story). It broke on December 24th, and here we are on January 31st and they have just cancelled on me AGAIN because their service technician "called off" and they have no one else to send, and pushed my appointment to February 14th. They will drag you along, cancel day of, and then reschedule you for two weeks out, and the process repeats itself. Maytag contracts with this company to fulfill their warranty, and then this company never makes the repairs thus fulfilling the warranty. They will both point fingers at each other, not allow you to talk to a manager, and say there is nothing they can do. It's fraud. I will also be contacting the Attorney General's office and encourage others to do the same."

"On Wednesday January 17, 2024 a technician came out to my home. He claimed that the circuit board and power cord needed to be repaired. He also requested payment upfront. He said that he would be out the next week on the 24th but rescheduled out 5 more days. I received confirmation last night that he would be out today January 30, 2024 to do the repairs. I received a phone call this morning stating that he called off today and will not be in for 2 weeks. My stove has now been out for over a month and they want me to wait until February 14, 2024. That will make it a total of 2 months. How inconvenient of this company. They expected me to just say ok that's fine. They hung up in our face and had no clue as to how to get my money returned to me. This is the company that whirlpool suggested to call. I am at a lost for words. The lady who answered the phone said that she sent my request to billing but they are in a meeting and when the meeting was over they would take a look at my request and contact me. Wow!!!!!"

"I would give a 0 for this company if i can. Back in august/early september 2023 we had issue with our stove range, the left front burner wont start with auto ignite and called these guys per our warranty terms and booked an appointment to check. Technician 1 came looked at it and told he need to order parts and he wil have to come back and never came back. Two weeks later i called them and they told tech 1 closed the ticket as job completed so i said no he dint do anything and no the job isnt complete. They reopened the case and sent a new appt with a new tech. Tech 2 “Jeff” came on Oct 5th 2023 checked everything changed the burner and it dint get fixed so he said he will have to order parts and left and came back on November 28th 2023 and changed the ignite sparker and it dint fix the issue. Then he checked the circuit board and told he will have to order a nee board and left and never came back. Today Jan 23rd 2024 i called them again to see when he will be coming and they said the ticket is closed as the problem was fixed. And i said no its not and asked to send a tech she is saying to call whirpool directly and they are busy and cant help me. I dont understand how its fixed, the only thing i understand is this company is a big scam and they just close tickets when they dunno what to do. BIG SCAMMERS ALERT"

"I wish I could give them negative stars. Absolutely horrendous! Their technician "guessed" at what he thought was wrong with my washer. He ordered parts, and they have NO IDEA when they will be in. No idea at all. I had no faith that he could actually fix my washer. I canceled what was left of my Lowe's contract and bought a wonderful, economical washer from Don's Appliance. I asked for paperwork from the service call, but apparently that does not exist. I think Assurant hired this company so people will bail on waiting and buy their own washer. Seriously considering filing a claim with the State Attorney General's Office of Consumer Affairs."

"Just not satisfied was told by customer service I wouldn’t have to pay for services when the gentleman came out. It was a five minute job he told me everything was fine when he left I did a load of laundry and the washer is doing the same thing so when I call, they ended up charging me $200 for the parts and service after they told me when I was scheduling I wouldn’t have to pay anything Because my washer was still under warranty. I guess it may have been my fault I guess for not knowing that it’s not under warranty, but there should’ve been better communication when scheduling services and not having to schedule multiple times for a technician to come out and fix my appliance for the same issue that I am having and not to pay for more parts that could have been covered in one trip. The technician was very friendly and did explain to me when they do call me when my warranty is up to take the extended warranty that way that I’m always covered so to his understanding I was also under the warranty so once again, it was negligence of the customer service."
