"We lost our refrigerator/freezer due to a power outage. We called they came right out. The office lady Jennifer was very nice. Jeremy was the tech, he was very knowledgeable, and curtiouus. He diagnosed the problem in about 15 minutes, and ordered the parts. Then Jennifer called us when the parts came in, and scheduled the repair. Jeremy was done in about an hour. I felt they were very reasonable, and fair. Thanks for everything! So happy to have our fridge back!"
"My parents called them out because there dishwasher was leaking all over the floor replaced the door seal it still leaked after they left turned out the filter needed cleaned never again will we use them he should have checked the filter but he saw a older couple and took there money and left never again"
"Very good service. The repairman knew exactly what was wrong with our refrigerator as soon as he opened its door. He disassembled the shelving and found a fan not working, so he ordered a new one and partially re-assembled the shelving to allow for better airflow so we could still chill our items until the new fan arrived."

"Guy came out. Said need new ovens. Ovens to old don't make parts for them. Well, guess what we found them on Amazon. Fixed them ourselves. So the $85.00 you charged me was to tell me to buy new ovens which we did not need. Do not recommend this company.Feels like we got ripped off."
